**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented HR & Account Assistant to support our HR and Accounts Department in day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in maintaining client’s employee attendance record and HR documentation
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and staffs support.
- Assist HR Executive in preparing payroll process and payroll-related data
- Handle basic accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and payment tracking
- Organize and file financial and HR documents
- Assist in preparing reports and summaries
- Perform any other administrative duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or Diploma in HR, Accounting, or related field
- Basic knowledge of HR and accounting functions
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Able to work independently and handle confidential information
- Willing to travel.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
