**Key Responsibilities**:
**Human Resource (HR) Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and maintain employee records, contracts, and attendance tracking.
- Handle staff leave entitlements and claims processing.
- Ensure compliance with **Malaysian Labour Law** and company policies.
- Address employee queries related to HR matters and resolve workplace issues.
- Organize staff training, appraisals, and performance evaluations.
- Prepare letters such as employment confirmation, warnings, and terminations.
**Accounting & Administrative Responsibilities**:
- Maintain financial records, including invoices, payments, and petty cash management.
- Assist in **preparing financial reports, budgeting, and forecasting.**:
- Handle office administrative tasks, including procurement and supplier payments.
- Ensure compliance with taxation and financial regulations.
- Assist with **taxation preparation, SST submissions**, and liaising with auditors.
**Requirements**:
- **Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.**:
- **1-3 years of experience** in HR and accounting roles (experience in **payroll processing** is a plus).
- Proficient in **Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or QuickBooks)**.
- Strong knowledge of **Malaysian labour laws and payroll procedures**.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
