Admin HR Assistant

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in office.
- Handling company vehicles by ensuring that vehicles are properly maintained, utilized efficiently, and compliant with all regulations.
- Upkeeping and monitor company insurance, license, and hire purchase (insurance and road tax)
- Responsible on New and Renewal of hostel’s Tenancy Agreement.
- Update and monitor all company and hostel utilities.
- Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in office.
- Ensure staff welfare are well taken care and to maintain office equipment.
- Communicating and explaining the organization’s HR policies to the employees.
- Maintain Human Resources and Admin Department according to company policy.
- To perform any other duties as assigned by superior.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Minimum Diploma in Management/ Administration/ Secretarial in a recognized institution.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in administration or related field.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent knowledge of MS office.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
**OTHERS INFO**:
- Working hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm. (Mon-Fri, Sat Alternate)
- Can start work as soon as possible.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
