**1.0 Job Summary**:
To execute and support full HR spectrum services but not limited to Payroll Administration and HR Administration in order to create effective HR service delivery for meeting the growth of business needs.
**2.0 PRINCIPAL FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES**
2.1 Foreign Workers Management
2.1.1 Ensure all foreign worker’s passport and permit are valid, renewal done before the expiry date.
2.1.3 To handle foreign workers issues effectively and to liaise with immigration department in related to foreign workers matters.
2.1.4 Transport arrangement for foreign worker for going bank, clinic, hospital, etc.
2.1.5 Manage and update Foreign Workers Master List.
2.1.6 Prepare foreign workers monthly cost & expenses summary.
2.1.7 To handle foreign worker disciplinary issue.
2.1.8 Arranging foreign workers return back to home town (plan to purchase air ticket) and submit
2.1.9 Check out memo to immigration/agent to process.
2.1.10 To assist HR & Admin Manager in dealing with foreign workers affairs (dealing with labor office and legal requirements and ensure policies, procedures and reporting and compliances).
2.1.11 To assist HR & Admin Manager in preparation of all required documentation for newForeign workers affairs (dealing with labor office and legal requirements and ensure policies, procedures and reporting and compliances)
2.2 Hostel Management
2.2.1 Maintaining and update hostel master list from time to time.
2.2.2 Prepare monthly rental & utility expenses summary and payment request.
2.2.3 Conduct hostel inspection or audit to ensure hostel cleanliness, maintain healthy and hygienic environment.
2.2.4 Dealing with complaints and enquiries related to hostel.
2.2.5 To ensure hostel’s cleanliness and handling any complain on hostel issue.
2.2.8 Check invoice or billing from agent and make sure the billing charges correctly.
2.3 Compliance with Labor Law:
2.3.1 Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and government requirements related to manufacturing.
2.4 Other Responsibilities:
2.4.1 Prepare HR-related reports as needed.
2.4.2 To support the Office Administration and to supervise the Admin staffs.
2.4.3 Support other HR-related projects and initiatives as directed by the Management.
2.4.4 Arranging for Puspakom check and maintenance for lorries.
2.4.5 Continuously seek opportunities to improve HR processes and the overall employee experience.
2.4.6 Arrange employee to panel doctor or hospital for medical consultation/treatment - (arrange foreign worker only for normal sickness, arrange for all employee if occur emergency incident).
2.4.7 Responsible administration such as order/purchase uniform and etc
2.4.8 Renewing and updating other insurance including, other properties and building, vehicles and goods.
2.4.9 Ensure staff welfare are well taken care and to maintain office equipment.
2.4.10 Responsible for monitoring general building repair & maintenance, office equipment, motor vehicle &, etc, and ensuring all facilities are in good order.
2.4.12 Prepare listing for payment “Cukai Harta (MBIP)” & “Cukai Tanah (Jab. Tanah & Galian Johor)” and ensure all receipt kept properly.
2.4.13 Providing clerical and administrative support to human resource and admin department.
2.4.14 Routine and adhoc reporting as per management request; and
2.4.15 Other jobs assigned by HR Manager and Management.
**3.0 Job Requirements**:
- Matured in handling HR issues, able to work independently and work well with others as a team.
- Possess strong skills and knowledge in Human Resource and Administrative.
- Good organizational, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Able to multitask and work under pressure and achieve tight deadlines.
- Proactive and resourceful with the ability to work independently.
- Team player, reliable and dependable.
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- High level of integrity and work ethics.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Independent but able to work in a team.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Can work overtime and can support team during emergency or urgent task.
- Possess own transport.
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
