HR Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
Post job ads on platforms and screen resumes.
Assist with onboarding new hires (prepare paperwork, conduct orientations).
HR Operations:
Maintain accurate employee records (digital and physical files).
Process payroll inputs, track attendance, and update leave balances.
Assist with benefits administration (enrollments, changes).
Administrative Duties:
Order office supplies and manage inventory.
Organize meetings, training sessions, and company events.
Handle confidential documents with discretion.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure HR policies comply with local labor laws.
Generate reports on HR metrics (turnover, headcount, etc.).
**Requirements**:
Education & Experience:
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field (preferred).
Skills & Competencies:
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR system.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal/written communication in English and Mandarin.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Nice-to-Haves:
Knowledge of labor laws.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
