**HR Assistant Job Description**

**Position**: HR Assistant
**Location**: SOANS GROUP PTE. LTD.
**Reports To**: HR Manager

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a proactive **HR Assistant** to provide administrative support to our Human Resources department. You will assist with recruitment, employee records management, payroll coordination, and HR policies implementation, ensuring smooth daily operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Recruitment Support**: Post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct reference checks.
- **Records Management**: Maintain digital employee records, update HR databases (e.g., SAP), and ensure data accuracy.
- **Payroll & Benefits**: Assist with payroll processing, resolve discrepancies, and liaise with benefit vendors.
- **Onboarding/Orientation**: Coordinate new hire paperwork, conduct orientations, and manage training logistics.
- **Employee Relations**: Address staff inquiries, support performance management, and organize engagement activities.
- **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (preferred).
- **Experience**: 1-2 years in HR/admin roles; familiarity with payroll or recruitment is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in **MS Office** (Excel, Word) and HR software (e.g., SAP).
- Strong **communication** and **organizational** skills.
- Ability to handle confidential data with discretion.
- **Attributes**: Detail-oriented, adaptable, and team-focused.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
