Being part of the BV family, is more than just working, it’s being convinced that you **will leave your mark... in shaping a world of Trust**. **Responsibilities**: - Assist the Technical Manager to arrange internal and external audit, impartiality meeting and other related certification meeting. - Liaise with internal and external party, e.g. other divisions, branches and accreditation body - Pre-check, compile and submit audit pack to SSC - Co-ordinate, follow-up of report status with SSC - Response to SSC - Monitoring of NCR status of clients - Monitoring report submission status of auditors - Pre-check, compile report for internal approval - Preparation of certificate printing information - Follow-up outstanding issues with clients - Updating suspension, withdrawal status of clients - Collect and compile auditor performance data - Maintain and update auditor competency records - Arrange and monitoring the competency monitoring status of auditors - Update data in Siebel - Arrange for DSM and other accreditation body witness audit and compile witness audit report - Response to accreditation body request and maintain the record of communication - Compile client satisfaction survey data and prepare survey data analysis. - Backup technical manager job if requested. - Any other job assigned by Technical Manager from time to time **Job Requirements**: - Possess a Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma preferably in Science/ Engineering/ Manufacturing or any related studies - Must have knowledge in ISO certification process - Having experience in managing accreditation requirements of ISO management system is preferred Join an inclusive, flexible and diverse company where you can thrive while contributing to positively transforming the world we live in.
