- 與客戶建立正向的關係。
- 作為聯絡點並處理客戶的個人化需求。
- 利用現有和潛在的客戶網路創造新業務。
- 化解矛盾,及時為客戶提供解決方案。
- 監督客戶代表以確保銷售成長。
- 報告帳戶和交易的狀態。
- 設定並追蹤與公司目標一致的銷售客戶目標。
- 監控銷售指標(例如季度銷售結果和年度預測)。
- 提出改善銷售業績並發現成長機會的行動建議。
**要求:**
- 擁有豐富作為銷售客戶經理或銷售客戶主管的工作經驗。
- 擁有豐富的銷售經驗和提供卓越客戶體驗的能力。
- 了解 CRM 軟體和 MS Office(特別是 MS Excel)。
- 熟悉銷售績效指標。
- 良好的溝通和談判能力。
- 能夠按時交付項目並回答詢問。
- 具有解決問題的態度的商業頭腦。
- 至少擁有工商管理、行銷或相關領域的學士學位。
