**Position : CRM Project Manager**

**Job Type : 1 Year Contract**

**Work Location : Petaling Jaya**

**Company nature of business : MNC-telecommunications, lifestyle and leisure, luxury and collectibles, training and conference management, property development, and e-commerce-based retail and direct sales.**

**Main Job Purpose**:
Responsible for inception, promotion and implementation of solutions related to CRM.

**Responsibilities**:

- To facilitate workshops and finalise requirements from business users.
- To compile, evaluate/ present responses for the RFP.
- To define project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.
- To define resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation - both internal and third party.
- To outline a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project on budget.
- To prepare a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.
- To manage delivery of the project according to this plan.
- To track project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.
- To manage and adjust for any changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget.
- To identify and mitigate risks which may impact successful delivery of projects.
- To manage the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
- To act as a point of liaison between the project team and senior management.
- To use project management tools such as Microsoft Project to plan, monitor and regularly report to stakeholders on the progress of the project.

**What skills does the project manager need to have?**
- The project manager requires strong technical skills and a solid understanding of software deployment.
- Business & commercial acumen and excellent stakeholder management skills are also essential.
- Analytical skills are necessary in order to correctly identify risks and solve any problems which may arise throughout the project.
- Mathematical and budgeting skills.
- Good time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
- A good communicator with effective stakeholder management & conflict resolution skills.
- Be a good team player and an effective leader who is able to motivate their project team.

**Qualifications**:

- A bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- PMP or similar certification.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Dynamics CRM Project Management or a related field.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- A track record of following through on commitments.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong analysis, problem resolution, judgment, and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated communications, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English; additional Asian business languages a plus.
- Ability to effectively achieve results in highly ambiguous and changing environments

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: Up to RM8,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- IT PROJECT MANAGEMENT: 3 years (preferred)
- CRM: 1 year (preferred)
