**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

Executive Support Duties:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and coordination of meetings with high-profile clients.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and documents related to luxury travel services.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external partners, ensuring seamless communication on behalf of the CEO.
- Assist in organizing exclusive events, client meetings, and business trips for both car rental/leasing and private jet services.
- Oversee day-to-day task management and prioritize activities based on the CEO’s strategic objectives.

**Business Development Duties**:

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities in the luxury car rental/leasing and private jet charter markets.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, luxury concierge services, hotel partners, and travel agencies.
- Support the CEO in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations, focusing on delivering bespoke services.
