**About the role**:
As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll unleash your creativity by developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns that promote pet care and animal welfare. You’ll design engaging online strategies, organize exciting events like pet adoption drives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. With a focus on managing resources and budgets, you’ll bring your ideas to life in a fun and vibrant environment, making a real difference in the lives of pets and their owners while enjoying a career filled with growth opportunities and creative energy

**Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing Campaign Development**: Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns that align with the mission to enhance pet care and promote animal welfare while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success, brand consistency, and a unified message that resonates with pet lovers.
- **Resource and Budget Management**: Plan and manage the resources and budget allocation for online and offline marketing initiatives, ensuring financial discipline and maximizing impact for every dollar spent to achieve campaign goals.
- **Event Planning and Management**: Plan, organize, and execute events such as pet adoption drives, workshops, and community outreach activities to strengthen brand presence and foster community engagement, while coordinating logistics, vendors, and promotional activities to ensure each event's success and create memorable experiences for participants.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with sales, product development, and other teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts that drive results, while maintaining effective communication with external partners, vendors, and agencies to foster positive relationships and enhance marketing initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a minimum of a Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a marketing role, internship, or any relevant experience is a plus, showcasing your understanding of basic marketing principles.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- A genuine passion for pets, demonstrating enthusiasm for animal care and welfare.
