**Job Title**: Personal Assistant to CEO

**Reports to**: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Job Purpose**:
The **Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO** provides high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO. This role requires excellent organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle a fast-paced work environment while managing confidential matters.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Executive Support & Administration**:

- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Organize and prepare documents, presentations, and reports for meetings.
- Handle travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Take minutes during meetings and ensure follow-ups on key action points.

**Operational & Project Management**:

- Assist in coordinating company-wide initiatives and projects on behalf of the CEO.
- Conduct research and provide insights on business strategies and industry trends.
- Act as a bridge between the CEO and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication.
- Support event planning, business functions, and external engagements.

**Confidentiality & Discretion**:

- Handle sensitive company and personal information with absolute confidentiality.
- Manage high-level communications and stakeholder interactions professionally.

**Liaison & Relationship Management**:

- Communicate with clients, partners, and stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant or personal assistant role.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools.
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in a corporate or high-level executive support role.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Familiarity with business operations, finance, or marketing functions.
