**Location : Tmn Kota Laksamana Jaya, Melaka**
**Working Days : 5.5days ( Mon-Fri 10-7pm, Sat half day | Sunday off )**
**Nature of Business : IT & Mobile service centre**
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Coordinate with technical staff to ensure timely updates and resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service transactions.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and promote a positive brand image.
- Manage daily administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and documentation.
- Maintain inventory records of spare parts and office supplies.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on service center performance and customer feedback.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating logistics for service operations.
- Ensure the service center is clean, organized, and compliant with company policies.
- **Requirements:**_
**Required**:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field.
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role (preferably in a service center environment).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
**Preferred**:
- Familiarity with mobile phone service operations
Monday to Friday: 10 am to 7 pm
Saturday: 10 am to 3 pm
**Sunday off**
PH fall on weekday will still need to work based on roster
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
