**Job Overview**:
Responsible for supporting the HR department in various functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The role requires a detail-oriented, organized individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills, able to maintain confidentiality and ensure effective HR processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. **Recruitment & Staffing**:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
2. **Employee Relations**:
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and resolve issues.
- Promote a positive and supportive work environment.
- Assist in the implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
3. **Performance Management**:
- Help in organizing performance appraisals and providing support in setting employee goals.
- Track and monitor employee performance and development.
- Assist with implementing improvement plans when necessary.
4. **Payroll & Benefits Administration**:
- Assist with payroll processing by ensuring accuracy in employee data and attendance records.
- Coordinate employee benefits programs and provide guidance on benefits-related inquiries.
5. **HR Compliance**:
- Ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations (e.g., labor laws, health & safety standards).
- Maintain employee records in compliance with data protection regulations.
6. **Training & Development**:
- Assist in identifying training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- Help manage training schedules and ensure that staff are updated with necessary certifications.
7. **HR Reporting & Documentation**:
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and presentations for management as required.
- Ensure all HR documents are organized and stored securely.
8. **Other Duties**:
- Perform other HR-related duties as required by the HR Manager or Director.
- Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, or employee recognition programs.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
- Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees, including document verification, orientation, and introduction to the company culture.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Required language(s) : Malay & English
- Minimum Diploma
- Fresh graduate - Training provided
