The HR and Administrative Executive is primarily responsible for supporting HR operations, managing office administrative tasks, and regularly inspecting stores to observe employee performance, ensuring it aligns with company policies. This position includes recruitment, employee relations maintenance, benefits management, office supplies procurement, and close collaboration with store managers to coordinate and handle employee-related matters.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the planning and execution of the company's human resources functions, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Oversee the assessment, selection, development, and promotion of talent to ensure the effectiveness and compliance of human resource management.
- Manage employee relations, addressing complaints, resolving disputes, and maintaining positive relationships with employees.
- Assist departments in personnel allocation, organizational structure optimization, and related tasks.
- Handle employee attendance and payroll, manage employee benefits, and organize team-building activities.
- Conduct regular HR data analysis to provide data support for company decision-making.
- Manage office cleanliness, employee dormitories, maintenance, and related administrative tasks.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the company.
**岗位职责**:
1、负责公司人力资源规划与执行,包括招聘、培训、绩效管理等;
2、负责人才的考选拔、培养与晋升管理工作,确保人力资源管理的有效性和合规性;
3、负责员工关系管理,处理员工投诉、纠纷等问题,维护良好的员工关系;
4、协助各部门进行人员配置、组织结构优化等工作;
5、负责统计员工考勤和工资表,员工福利管理及员工团建活动的开展;
6、定期进行人力资源数据分析,为公司决策提供数据支持。
7、负责办公室清洁管理、员工宿舍、修缮等管理工作;
8、负责完成公司交办的其它工作;
**Job Requirements**:
- Associate degree or above, with a preference for majors in human resource management or related fields.
- Over 3 years of experience in human resource management, preferably in medium to large enterprises.
- Familiar with national and local labor laws and regulations, with strong awareness of legal risk.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, teamwork spirit, and ability to handle pressure.
- Proficient in office software with basic data analysis skills.
- In-depth knowledge of various HR functional modules and the ability to guide their operations.
**任职资格**:
1、大专及以上学历,人力资源管理等相关专业优先;
2、具备3年以上人力资源管理工作经验,有大中型企业相关工作经验者优先;
3、熟悉国家及地方劳动法律法规,具备良好的法律风险意识;
4、具备优秀的沟通协调能力、团队合作精神和抗压能力;
5、熟练使用办公软件,具备一定的数据分析能力,
6、对人力资源管理各个职能模块均有较深入的认识,能够指导各个职能模块的工作;

薪资: RM3,500.00至RM4,500.00(每月 )
