Gallitos is a local popcorn brand established in 2019. We started with direct selling during Merdeka celebrations, expanded through an agent system during the MCO, and now focus on consignment, direct selling, large-scale events with government agencies, and online sales. We are looking for a **Sales Merchandiser** who is energetic, disciplined, and capable of taking Gallitos to the next level. Hiring Details
- **Position**: Sales Merchandiser
- **Type**: Full-time
- **Coverage**: 250-300 active outlets

Jobscope

**Restock & Maintenance**
- Visit outlets according to schedule (daily/bi-weekly).
- Restock products, ensure no stock-outs.
- Maintain product display racks (well-arranged & clean).

**Sales Monitoring**
- Record outlet sales & submit reports (daily & weekly).
- Collect data on fast-moving and slow-moving products.

**Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain good relationships with outlet owners.
- Gather feedback from outlets regarding products.

**Outlet Activation**
- Assist in opening new outlets when assigned by Sales Manager.
- Ensure new outlets generate sales immediately after activation.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM, Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, merchandising, or FMCG (motivated fresh graduates are welcome).
- Own a vehicle (for restocking & store visits).
- Hardworking, proactive, and able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Hands-on, not just office work - willing to be in the field.

**Compensation & Benefits**
- Basic Salary: RM1,800 - RM3,000 (depending on experience)
- Allowances (travel, petrol, toll, car maintenance)
