Are you a dynamic go-getter with a passion for sales and partnerships in the tech space? We’re expanding our growth team and are looking for **Business Development Executives** who can drive client acquisition and revenue in the **IT software services and IT consulting domain**.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Identify and engage new clients for software development and consulting services
- Pitch service offerings including project-based solutions, IT staffing, product development, and managed services
- Manage client relationships from outreach to closure
- Work closely with delivery and technical teams to align proposals and execution
- Participate in revenue share for every successful business closed
**You Should Have**:
- Strong understanding of IT services and consulting models
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-driven and result-oriented mindset
- Experience with international markets is a bonus
