HR Payroll Specialist

**Location**:KL Eco City
- Ensure the delivery of HR Services is executed efficiently and in compliance with local rules and regulations on payroll related matters.
- Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll activities including manage time-bound processes and accuracy in data validation.
- Identify, investigate and resolve discrepancies in payroll records partnering with various stakeholders on the relevant topics eg. reconciliation of accruals etc.
- Liaise with relevant agency bodies regarding statutory submission.
- Support employees and managers on questions related to internal employees communications, HR guidelines, processes in particular payroll.
- Support projects to implement digital solutions as well as to centralize, streamline and expand HR Services scope throughout the Region.
**Requirement**:
- Strong time management skills, and personal efficiency
- Able to speak Mandarin will be added advantage
- Strong communication skills
- **Current working in hybrid mode**
- Problem-solving skills
- Added advantage with knowledge of HRIS Workday system
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant payroll experience
- Broad HR background especially in HR operational tasks and processing
- Diploma/Degree in HR or any other related fields.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
