HR & Admin Executive

**Responsibilities**
- Support day-to-day HR operations in the full spectrums of HR.
- Support recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Handle employee grievances, progress reviews, and industrial relations.
- Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies
- Checking employees monthly attendance and leave record.
- Responsible for handling the full spectrum of foreign worker matters.
- Providing general administrative services to a high level of operational efficiency.
- Any other task assigned by the HOD from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years in HR generalist, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HR solution systems and databases.
- Sense of responsibility, integrity, and ability to handle confidential matters.
- Able to work independently and teamwork-oriented.
- Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia and **Mandarin.**:
- Ability to converse in Mandarin will be an additional advantage.
- Possess own transportation.
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
