Business Development Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create, manage, and organize professional business documents, reports, and presentations.
- Prepare business proposals, agreements, and client presentations using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to a high standard of accuracy and professionalism.
- Communicate effectively in both English and Malay, managing and nurturing client relationships.
- Conduct client outreach, respond to inquiries, and schedule follow-ups to build a positive client experience.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential business opportunities.
- Assist in developing strategic plans for reaching new markets, expanding services, and improving customer engagement.
- Assist in sales planning, target setting, and tracking key metrics to support the business development team.
- Review, understand, and summarize basic legal agreements in English, ensuring all documents meet company standards and requirements.
- Liaise with legal teams when needed to ensure compliance and accuracy in business dealings.
- Collaborate with other departments (such as technical, finance, and operations) to ensure smooth workflows and support business initiatives.
- Provide cross-functional support to ensure goals are met, deadlines are achieved, and high standards are maintained.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
