Project Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage, plan, coordinated & executed the whole project site work for MNC Semiconductor industrial Tool Install Progressive Build (TIPB) project & Small Project General Contractor (SPGC) Project.
- Able to work independently and lead a team of project engineer /project site & safety supervisor to ensure proper project execution in in efficient & effective way.
- Be Single Point of Contact for Client PM.
- Attend meetings (OAC Meeting, Commercial Meeting, Design meeting, SMT Forum, Internal Alignment meeting & Site meeting).
- Attend Safety Management by Walk Around (SMBWA) line walk, and clean Room line walk and Quality line walk.
- Manage and resolve any project related issues with various stakeholders (System Owners, Area Owners, Tools Owners, Consultant & relevant authorities)
- To plan & prepare the project schedule & make sure the project follows the approved schedule to executed and meeting final handover dateline.
- To prepare & monitor Long Lead Equipment /Materials (LLE/ LLM) accordingly & Head up the project critical path with stalk holder.
- To ensure project deliver within company budget, cash flow, reasonable profits.
- To make sure the project handover with client acceptance and satisfaction.
- To prepare acceptable effective & efficient Project Execution Plan which incorporate all the element such as Safety, QAQC, Commercial, Coordination issue & etc.
- To explain the requirement & project execution plan to all stakeholders.
- Prepare method of statements (MOS), installation, Inspection Test Plan to the assign system and ensure work executed based on MOS, Shop Drawings and Schedule and incompliance with respective industrial Material construction Specification.
- Manage the implementation of project activities including project execution at site for Mechanical or Electrical distribution system, HVAC, cleanroom, process utility system etc.
- Able to check and prepare construction shop drawings etc. and able to explain the drawings requirement to subordinates and client.
- Review and ensure the design drawing and specifications on the functionality, practicality, constructability, and head up to design team for any issue and proposed value-engineering aspects are complied.
- Work together with internal QAQC team and Client QAQC team For Material Receiving Inspection, Inspection Test Plan (ITP) & Closed Site Observation Record (SOR) and punch list on time.
- Able to update for As Built drawing and prepare Handover document.
- To liaise with client (System Owners, Area Owners, Tools Owners). consultant, sub-contractor, and relevant authorities to resolve technical issues.
- Manage & coordinated with sub-contractors for site survey, space management, site activities to meet the project milestone.
- Proactively identify and resolve work disputes on site.
- Work together with safety personnel to ensure site safety requirements are adhered and accomplish zero Interruption To production (ITP) & Near Miss incident / Accident.
- Able to preform site assessment for identify the risk & hazard and propose correction action to prevent Interruption To production (ITP) & Near Miss incident / Accident.
- Prepare official incident / Accident report and rectification measures for any issued arise.
- Adherence to all company & government (DOSH) Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) regulation and comply to MNC Semiconductor industrial RBA, CSR, Clean room protocol and EHS Minimum Performance requirement (MPR).
- Must be able to prepare Requested for Information (RFI) to any changes of specification and prepare technical presentation to Client.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience, preferably in MNC Semiconductor industrial field.
- Good in English and Bahasa Malaysia both in writing and communication
- Computer literate and proficient in Ms. PowerPoint, Ms. Word, Ms. Excel and AutoCAD
- Intermediate Knowledge in Civil, structural, architectural is a must.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Project is a must.
- Must possess a valid CIDB Green card

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
