**Requirements**:
Min of Certificate SPM/Diploma / Degree.

Required skill(s): MS Office (Excel and Word)

Experience: At least 2 years of experienced in related field.

Required Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

Able to interact with people at all levels.

Able to start work as soon as possible.

Independent and can work individually

Fast leaner

Strong problem solving and analytical skills and sensitive to numbers

Schedule:
Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Job description:
Administrative assistants perform administrative and office support for supervisors.

They perform a variety of tasks, such as data entering, general filling and documentation preparation

Include basic account process and HR Management.

Handle full spectrum of payroll processing including computing salary, allowances, overtime, medical claim, incentives, statutory deductions and other.

Maintains and updates accurate staff records such as personal payroll records, banking information, personal data etc into the payroll software.

Handle attendance and payment for outsource workers.

Answers staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance and etc.

Good documentation and follow up skill to ensure the daily operation is running smooth for all department.

Provide clerical and administrative support to Top Management.

Coordinate and direct numerous work activities to employees.

Participate in the various processes of hiring, training, on-boarding and employee disciplinary issues

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
