**Responsibilities**:
Ensure accurate and timely processing of insurance documentation
Assist customers in understanding their insurance options and coverage
Follow up with customers to resolve any issues
Generate reports for renewal notices and submissions
Work closely with immediate supervisor
Stay updated on insurance regulations and compliance requirements
