**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Preferably a tertiary education in Marketing, Business Administration, Food Technology, or other relevant disciplines.
- Young professionals with strong aspirations for managerial roles may also be considered based on relevant experience and personal attributes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organize, lead, and manage a sales team in the FMCG industry.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Familiar with various FMCG sales channels, including Van Sales, Modern Trade, Wholesale, and Retail.
- Prepare and manage sales plans to achieve targets and business objectives.
- Plan and execute sales promotions, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and festive packages to boost sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with Modern Trade partners and key accounts.
- Provide hands-on leadership and guidance to field sales teams.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer insights using Microsoft tools.
- Experience in marketing and product management is an added advantage for career progression to a Sales & Marketing Manager role.
