Job Title:
**Front of House Team Member**

**Location**:
Trio Bakehouse at IF ONLY Restaurant - 1, Jalan U-Thant 55000 Kuala Lumpur

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly smile
- Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations as needed
- Manage the point of sale (POS) system, process payments, and handle cash
- Ensure the front of house is clean, organized, and inviting
- Restock display cases and maintain product presentation
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Collaborate with the back of house team to ensure smooth operations

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience in a customer service role (preferably in food service or retail)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Passion for baked goods and a keen interest in learning about our products
