Job Description:
Provide comprehensive support services for Khind's group products, which include:
- Attend and deliver exceptional customer service for customers visit our service centre or contact us through our hotline.
- Efficiently handle both inbound and outstation service requests from various sources, including customers, dealers, and sales personnel.
- Log every complaint received in the system and customer complaint database for comprehensive record-keeping.
- Arrange and coordinate the deployment of technicians, including in-house and branch technicians and service contractors, for outdoor services.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure timely updates on service status and coordinate spare parts replacement when necessary.
- Update and maintain a reliable service database to keep track of customer information, service history, and other relevant details.
- Generate necessary documentation and reports as requested by the management for analysis and decision-making purposes.
- Undertake any additional tasks or responsibilities as required to ensure efficient service delivery.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum educational qualification of SPM or Diploma in Administration, Information System Management, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in after-sales customer service. Experience in data entry and ERP systems is advantageous.
- Proficient in spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Strong service orientation with keen attention to detail.
- Mature individual with a pleasant personality.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
- Reliable and possesses a high level of integrity
**Salary**: RM1,538.99 - RM2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- STM/STPM (required)
