Job Description: Provide comprehensive support services for Khind's group products, which include: Attend and deliver exceptional customer service for customers visit our service centre or contact us through our hotline. Efficiently handle both inbound and outstation service requests from various sources, including customers, dealers, and sales personnel. Log every complaint received in the system and customer complaint database for comprehensive record-keeping. Arrange and coordinate the deployment of technicians, including in-house and branch technicians and service contractors, for outdoor services. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure timely updates on service status and coordinate spare parts replacement when necessary. Update and maintain a reliable service database to keep track of customer information, service history, and other relevant details. Generate necessary documentation and reports as requested by the management for analysis and decision-making purposes. Undertake any additional tasks or responsibilities as required to ensure efficient service delivery. Requirements: Minimum educational qualification of SPM or Diploma in Administration, Information System Management, or a related field. At least 1 year of experience in after-sales customer service. Experience in data entry and ERP systems is advantageous. Proficient in spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English. Strong service orientation with keen attention to detail. Mature individual with a pleasant personality. Customer service-oriented mindset. Reliable and possesses a high level of integrity Salary: RM1,538.99 - RM2,000.00 per month Schedule: Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) Education: STM/STPM (required)
