**Salary Range**:
RM2,000 - RM3,500 (depending on experience and after interview)

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Handle phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services and treatments.
- Manage booking and scheduling of appointments for guests.
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
- Provide information about spa services, products, and promotions.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese or Malay is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with booking software and payment processing.

**Working Conditions**:

- Shifts may vary, including weekends and holidays.
- Must have a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Pay: RM1,394.11 - RM2,853.03 per month
