Customer Service Support

**Brief description of responsibilities and duties**:
- Liaise with the customer service department regarding daily activity.
- Support customer service in processing transfer order, monitoring sales orders, receiving purchase order (PO) and process it in system.
- Liaise with the warehouse department regarding daily activities.
- Ensure manual delivery order and dispatch note follow-up in the right procedures.
- Assist to plan shipments & activities based on requirements.
- Communicate and give instructions to delivery driver regarding the collection or delivery address information.
- Manage customer purchase orders/ sales orders, from picking list still invoice status.
- Filling & perform other routine clerical tasks.
- Ad-hoc support which is assigned by management from time to time. Looking for someone with the right attitude and is willing to take the initiative to go the extra miles to ensure an effective working environment.
**Your Power**:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor in Logistic/equivalent is preferred.
- Preferably with 1 year & above experience in freight forwarding, import export, supply chain/logistics required.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of management and staff.
- Knowledge of computer is essential (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Able to work in a teamwork environment and with mínimal supervision.
**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
