**Job Duties**:

- Process Sales Order, Delivery Order, and Invoice.
- Manage customer’s portal and update shipment tracking file.
- Provide support to customers on enquiries which includes shipment schedule, quality related issues and etc.
- To liaise with the planner, and production to ensure all orders are processed and delivered on time.
- Prepare shipping documents and other documents required by customer.
- Preparing sales report & proper filing on sales documentation.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time as deemed necessary.

**Requirement**:

- Strong in database, analysis, and computer literacy, especially in excel.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Preferably a detailed oriental and fast learner.
- Good communication in English & Mandarin, independent & good working attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
