To be responsible for accurate and timely issue of quotations and invoices to our customers as required
- To arrange sample or loan for customer
- To solve customer complaints
- To do indoor and phone sales
- To maintain good relations with our customers
- Follow up and ensure payment collection is on time
- To maintain an efficient working environment
- To solve problems by liaising with the other staff and the customer

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 2 years working experience in the related field.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to speak in Mandarin as required to liase with Mandarin speaking customers
- Computer literate
- Good communication skill
- Independent
- Based at Bukit Minyak Industrial Estate, Simpang Ampat, Penang
