Position: Trainer - Mandarin Speaker

Location: Kelana Jaya, Selangor

Salary Range: 5,500 - 6,500

Language: Mandarin + English (Malaysians)

Specialization: E-Commerce, Buy Now Pay Later

Target Onboarding Date: Immediate Joiner

Type: Full-time

Shift: 24/7

Training experience from BPO company is Mandatory

**Responsibilities**:

- Design effective training programs.
- Prepare training materials.
- Conduct training and refreshers.
- Support and mentor new employees.
- Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
- Monitor, analyse & train trainees’ performance and call out any unusual trends.
- Identify training needs by working with operations team and QA.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in discipline or equivalent diploma
- At least 2 years training experience
- Fast learner and independent
- Customer Service knowledge and/or experience is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience as corporate trainer in the customer service industry.
- Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.
- Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate training.
- Proficient in MS Office (Advance skills in Excel and PowerPoint); e-learning software will be an asset.
- Affluent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Organizational and time management abilities.
- Critical thinking, analytical and decision-making abilities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
