- At least 5 years of experience in marketing roles, ideally with a proven track record of successful campaign execution

**Responsibility**

Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives, including target audience identification, positioning, and differentiation.

Campaign Development:
Brand Management:
Oversee brand identity and messaging to ensure consistency across all marketing materials, maintaining a strong brand image.

Market Research:
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor insights, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies.

Budget Management:
Allocate marketing budget effectively across different campaigns and channels, tracking ROI and optimizing spending.

Performance Monitoring:
Track key marketing metrics like website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost to measure campaign success.

Customer Engagement:
Develop strategies to foster customer loyalty and engagement through targeted communications and customer relationship management.

Data Analysis:
Utilize data analytics to gain insights into customer behavior and optimize marketing strategies based on data-driven decision making.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
