**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for the day-to-day administrative activities of the office and reception function.
- Ensure all guests & visitors are welcomed and usher to the appropriate person / place.
- Screening & answering phone calls and attend to enquiry & request.
- Monitoring tea lady & cleaner's duties.
- Maintain & ensure pantry replenish & office tardiness.
- Responsible in Safety Awareness role such as committing & identifying safe work procedures for work-related activities.
- Any other duties assigned by the superior & the management from time to time.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g.: Excel & Word).
- Possess good analytical & organization skills.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.
