Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Training
- Build on-the-job training (OJT) curricula, learning items, and resources to support team member training of assigned work tasks
- Maintain OJT resources to ensure content is accurate and effective - training plans, curricula, learning items, primary and supplemental resources, certification objectives, assessments
- Communicate regularly with leaders from assigned areas to bring together training needs and report on training initiatives
- Facilitate regular meetings with customer groups to review key priorities, training deployments, readiness, and compliance
- Follow up on training requests to defined service-level agreements, and elevate when unable to complete independently

Documentation
- Identify business needs and resolve content requirements for target audience
- Use standard English grammar, mechanics, and composition
- Implement appropriate documentation standards, styles, and templates
- Build and modify graphics and images
- Edit and proofread documentation for accuracy
- Establish and maintain approval routes and notifications
- Store documents in the appropriate repository, using the accurate document securities and keywords
- Monitor and follow up on change requests
- Facilitate periodic document reviews for controlled documents

Data Analysis & Reporting
- Extract and categorize data for visualization
- Develop graphs and charts for metrics reporting
- Build, publish, and refresh reports on an agreed-upon cadence by key partners

Program Ownership
- Facilitate the planning, implementation and evaluation of an assigned program using the fiscal-year roadmap process
- Detail key business processes, guidelines and standards
- Identify gaps or discrepancies that exist and outline appropriate interventions
- Integrate preferred practices
- Establish metrics, set targets, collect data and measure results
- Establish internal process health metrics to monitor program effectiveness and efficiency
- Implement feedback systems for continuous improvement

Project Management: Project Manager
- Lead project meetings, and complete assigned actions on time
- Develop the project charter with problem statement, scope, objectives, and success criteria
- Assure project alignment with departmental goals
- Identify project core team members and key partners
- Develop the work breakdown structure to include achievements, schedule, critical path, communication and recovery plans
- Sort out required resources
- Monitor project execution, handle changes, and mitigate risks
- Evaluate project efficiency in meeting objectives, and achievements
- Prepare and present project closing report to key partners

Project Management: Core Team Participant
- Attend project meetings and complete assigned action items on time
- Participate in crafting the project charter with problem statement, scope, objectives and success criteria
- Assist in developing the project plan to include achievements, schedule, communication and risk mitigation plans
- Support project execution to closure
- Facilitate transition to sustaining mode when applicable

Safety & Quality
- Complete required safety training and conduct work in accordance with safety policies
- Identify and promptly report hazards
- Follow safety procedures and area work rules
- Use accurate lifting techniques and work in an ergonomically accurate manner
