ViTrox is a design and manufacturing company that powers machine vision solutions for semiconductor and electronics packaging companies. From digitizing manufacturing processes to scanning product defects, our products perform reliably at higher speeds and with greater precision.

As our organization continues to expand, we are seeking a dedicated **training & development executive** who will play a crucial role in **facilitating ViTrox's orientation program and on-the-job training**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Enhance the onboarding orientation experience for new hires and continuously identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Administrate all training requests, consult internal stakeholders, provide support in sourcing, evaluating and recommending training solutions.
- Assess, develop, and produce training resources (training materials & multimedia visual aids) to ensure seamless coordination and organization.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Background in Business Administration, HR Management, Communication, Multimedia or any relevant field
- Minimum of 1-2 year of applicable working experience
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin to support our employees in China
- Experience or training in people development is an added advantage
- Demonstrated a growth mindset and a keen desire to acquire new knowledge
- Good communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and decision-making skills
