**Job Title: Customer Service Executive**

**Location**: Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur
**Start Date**: Immediate

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide timely and accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
- Meet performance KPIs related to service quality and productivity
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain service excellence

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any relevant field
- Proficient in **English and Malay** (spoken and written)
- At least **1 year of experience** in a customer service role
- Willing to work **rotational shifts**, including weekends and public holidays
- Comfortable with **hybrid working** (WFH and in-office as required)
- Training will be provided

**Shift Options**:

- 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM
- (9-hour shift including a 1-hour break)_

**Salary & Benefits**:

- Basic Salary**:RM2,500**:

- Monthly Allowance**:RM300**:
