**Job Summary**:
You will be responsible for working with Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems. As a trainer, your role is to ensure the AI can effectively think, interact, and provide meaningful support to customers when they refer to the contact center. This position requires skills in data science, computer systems, and data annotation. Experience as an eCommerce seller is a plus.

Project: Ecommerce
Intake Date: Immediately (Tentative date, 7th October 2024)
- Guide AI model training by labeling and categorizing data.
- Analyze logs and user feedback using data-driven methods to improve AI coverage, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Recommend and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate AI performance.
- Provide detailed reports and insights based on analysis and findings.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features.
- Review and update the knowledge base for chatbots and help centers.
- Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
- Proficiency in Excel and Pivot Tables, as well as experience in eCommerce, is a plus.
**Remuneration range (Included allowances)**: RM2,000 - RM2,500
**Operating hour**: 9:00AM to 6:00PM (Monday to Friday)
**Need to be ready for any changes in future due to business nature.
**Office Location**: Menara Public Bank 2, Raja Chulan
**Terms**:
- The said position is under a permanent position.
- Three (3) months of probation
- 12 days of Annual Leave Entitlement
- EPF/SOCSO/EIS
- RM80/month panel clinic coverage
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
