**Job responsibilities**:

- Responsible for day-to-day operation and administration of the clinic.
- Manage the daily patient flow of the clinic.
- Make, manage & monitor the scheduled appointments for the clinic.
- Involving in cashiering, patients complain or perform other administration duty as assigned.
- Any other jobs or duties as assigned by the immediate superior as and when required.

**Job requirements**:

- A degree or Diploma in Communication or any other related disciples, or knowledge in healthcare will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and analytical skills and telephone etiquette.
- Able to handle customers’ complaints and difficult situations.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (preferred)
