**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive HR Executive and Administration professional to join our team. This role involves supporting various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and performance management, while also overseeing administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations across the office.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Human Resources Duties**:

- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and HRIS systems.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll-related issues.
- Handle monthly payroll processing and time attendance.
- Support performance review processes and maintain appraisal documentation.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, training sessions, and HR events.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Draft HR-related letters such as offer letters, confirmation letters, warnings, etc.
- Oversee day-to-day office administrative operations.
- Manage office supplies and ensure timely procurement and maintenance.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure the workplace is clean, safe, and well-organized at all times

**ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE**:

- Required skill(s): MS Office, Power Point, MS Excel.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.

**COMPETENCY (TECHNICAL/NON-TECHNICAL)**
- Strong organisation and administration skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Possess strong analytical skills, result oriented, organized with good follow up skills.
- Good team player, willing to learn, proactive and detail oriented.
- Able to work independently with multi-tasking abilities & fast learner.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
