- This is a full time permanent position
- Basic Salary **RM4,500 - RM7,000**:

Our client, a reputable **Premium Consumer Products Import company **established in 2002 that is a premier importer, distributor and exporter of Taiwan, Japanese and other Asian food. They vowed to become another prominent brand in the FMCG industry and they have been growing rapidly over the years due to the market demand. Currently, they are seeking a passionate **Finance Executive **to join their big family. As part of the company, you will work with their management to contribute to the financial health of the organization and support their financial operations.

- **Responsibilities**:_
- Handle full set of accounts, group consolidation and responsible in ensuring the closing of monthly and yearly accounts are carried out timely and accurately
- Coordinate the department’s activities to ensure proper execution and strict adherence to the accounting policies and procedures
- Support the superior in ensuring appropriate financial regulations and controls are in place and in use at all times. Also, ensure all financial submissions are in compliance with statutory requirements and Financial Reporting Standards
- Keep track and ensure proper recording of all financial and accounting transactions
- Handle the Account Payable, Account Receivable, Cash Book and posting of General Journal transactions into the accounting system
- Prepare tax computation such as SST, direct and indirect tax
- Involved in preparation of budgeting and monitoring of collections and payments
- Work closely and coordinate with other departments in various accounting and financial issues. Provide support and good advice in order to resolve their problems as and when necessary
- Liaise and resolve matter pertaining to auditors and tax agents
- Perform any other duties, which may be assigned or directed by the line of report from time to time

- At least 2 years of related working experience is required
- Good reporting skills with highest standards of accuracy and deliver on time
- Attention to detail and responsible attitude to work
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
