**JOB OVERVIEW**

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Helps customer solve reported product and network problems of varied complexity.
- Troubleshooting network security related issues in production networks.
- Replicate the customer issues in lab environment.
- Work with engineering teams to replicate customer issues and test possible fixes.
- Work on problems of diverse scope.
- Create knowledge articles for subordinates and other team members.
- Ability to write bash/python scripts is a plus.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Hands on experience on LAN Switching, Wireless, Architecture, NMS, DNA Center, RP(Routing Protocol) and SDWAN.
- Expertise in troubleshooting network security issues (IPsec, SSL vpns, Authentication, Captive portal, AV, IPS, Radius, ACLs, Web Proxy, DNS Proxy, Cloud security).
- ROUTING, OSPF & BGP, MPLS, Instance concept, L3VPN.
- TCP/IP protocol suite, SFW, NGFW, QoS.
- Understanding of PPPoE, DHCP and GRE tunnelling.
- Understanding of SDWAN deployments is a plus.
- Good understanding of various NATTING deployments and design.
- Basic understanding of hardware level troubleshooting and system level troubleshooting.
- Well verse with ticketing related process.
- Scripting (bash/python/perl) knowledge is a plus.
- Cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP deployments) is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Linux/Unix environment.
- Good understanding of Virtualization and related technologies.
- Experience in troubleshooting complex networking and security related issue in production deployments.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Language Proficiency: Native or near-native proficiency in Japanese or Korean (both written and spoken as will be supporting clients from the respective countries) Proficiency in English is also required.
- Education: Degree / Diploma in any field - preferably in technology, Engineering Technology, Computer Engineering.
- 3 to 7 years of relevant work experience
- Must have CCNA, CCNP Preferred
