**Job Description**:
**Your contribution to something big**

**Corporate Project Management: Provide full support to the Regional President inclusive but not limited to:

- **
- Support for strategy and business plan (powerpoint preparation)
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tool management and support
- Market intelligence, macroeconomic research and competitor info
- Facilitate workshop and committee meetings
- Operations projects and/ or improvement projects support and execution
- Act as a key liaison point with internal/ external parties in the region
- Organizing and attending meetings: supporting management to be well prepared for meetings & taking minutes
- Producing analysis reports, business reports and presentation slides

**Supporting Bosch Rexroth Malaysia**
- CRM management and preparation of CRM updates for sales meetings
- Sales & Marketing automation (leads management, pipeline funnel etc.)
- Support warranty and quality gate process flow

**Others**:

- Support Marketing for sales campaigns creation
- To undertake special assignments & ad hoc functions and events

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor or Diploma in Business Administration/ Management/ Operation
- Minimum 3 years working experience in the related field
- Good English communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Possess strong analytical skills
- Resourceful, energetic, and driven to solve challenges
- Ability to multi-task and managing different projects' deadlines in a professional manner
- Ability to communicate and bring together various stakeholders
- Cross functional leadership and coordination
- Excellent interpersonal skills, planning and organization skills
- Detail oriented & resourceful
- Ability to communicate with all levels of people
- Proficient in Microsoft Application (excel, powerpoint, word and outlook)
- Proficiency in digital platforms (MS Teams, share drive etc.) and CRM
