Provide day-to-day functional support for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations across all functional modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues raised by end users promptly, providing effective solutions and minimizing business disruptions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, project consultants, and vendors on system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and the implementation of new features aligned with business objectives.
- Assist in system configuration, setup, and functional testing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and optimal system performance.
- Support business reporting and data analysis requirements by developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and analytical tools within Dynamics 365.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, issue resolutions, and user guides.
- Participate in user training and knowledge transfer to improve ERP system adoption and efficiency.

**Job Requirement**:

- At least Professional Cert/ Diploma/ Degree**.**:

- **At least 2 years experiences** in providing technical support for MD365.
- Good understanding of **Microsoft Dynamics 365 and MSSQL**.
- _Knowledge in programming languages such as Java, PHP,.NET, C++, web programming, and MS SQL Server is an added advantage._
- _Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics BC/NAV, ERP, and CRM solutions are preferred._
- _**Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.**_
