We're looking for a self-starting Business Development Intern who will report directly to the CEO and represent the CEO in developing, executing and managing the company's sales funnel. We believe that you should be recognised for your work, and differ from other business development internships in that you will also be paid high commissions for deals that you successfully close. As we are a young company, this is not a "fetch the coffee" internship but an exciting one that requires you to take ownership and contribute to the team through direct involvement. You will work directly with the CEO and be required to attend physical meetings with prospective clients. Should you perform well in this role, you will have the opportunity to join the team full-time. **Roles and Responsibilities**: **You will provide support in the following areas**: - Managing and growing the company's sales and business development pipeline by managing internal and external stakeholders. - Project management and reporting of status of BD activities - Prospecting - Receiving and reaching out to inbound prospect enquiries via calling and messaging - Filtering and qualifying inbound prospects to determine suitability as clients - Monitoring and oversight of every step of the BD process **; Requirements**:Experience in business development and B2B sales is preferred but not necessary - Experience in vendor, client and stakeholder management is preferred - Recently finished or about to finish a Bachelor's Degree - You are sharp and quick to align incentives - Strong command of English, Mandarin and/or Bahasa, both verbal and written - Ability to take feedback and work in a fast-paced environment - Able to handle pressure and meet deadlines
