**Responsibilities**:

- Provide logístical and administrative support to ensure daily order fulfilments are completed accurately and efficiently (packed and shipped on time).
- Ensure timely and accurate handover of orders to courier partners, in compliance with each e-commerce platform’s SLA (Service Level Agreement).
- Verify item correctness, condition, weight, and pricing before processing cashier invoices. Ensure accurate data entry into the Finance system (JemiSYS) with proper documentation for recordkeeping.
- Review and consider customer remarks to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Check inclusion of **Gift With Purchase (GWP)** items based on current campaign guidelines for each platform.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics providers and internal departments to ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs.
- Ensure each parcel is scanned by the courier and obtain a signed courier manifest for every handover; file documentation properly for safekeeping.
- Update and monitor daily performance reports via dashboards to track key metrics.
- Troubleshoot issues related to picking, packing, invoicing, and courier handover.
- Support stock movement processes, including stock-in at designated tray locations, stock-out, and regular stock count activities (both physical and in JemiSYS).
- Maintain timely and organized documentation and filing.
- Ensure all staff comply with established security protocols at all times.
- Host live streams across various platforms, actively engage with viewers, promote products, and track live stream performance.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties or special projects as assigned by management or supervisors.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: SPM
- Good communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or e-commerce role
- Experience as a live host is an added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
