We are looking for a hands-on and reliable technician to join our team, specializing in lighting systems and general building maintenance. This role requires someone with strong problem-solving skills, technical knowledge, and a proactive attitude toward ensuring safe and efficient operations.

**Your Role Will Include**:

- Taking charge of indoor electrical work, particularly involving the installation and servicing of lighting systems.
- Conducting diagnostics and performing repairs by identifying and replacing defective electrical components.
- Handling on-site visits for product installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, while ensuring issues are promptly and effectively resolved.
- Preparing detailed reports on product defects and proposing actionable solutions for long-term reliability.
- Managing day-to-day maintenance tasks for the office premises, which include electrical systems, air-conditioning units, basic carpentry, and plumbing needs.

**What You'll Bring to the Role**:

- At least one year of practical experience in wiring or a related technical position.
- A solid understanding of electrical wiring, basic systems, and troubleshooting techniques.
- The ability to interpret and work from Single Line Diagrams (SLD) and other electrical drawings.
- A valid driver’s license and access to your own transportation are required. Holding a GDL license is considered a plus.
- Sharp analytical skills and a proactive approach to solving technical issues.
- Proficiency in both Malay and English, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- A friendly demeanor and professional appearance, with the ability to interact comfortably with clients and team members.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Completion of secondary education is a must; a technical certificate or diploma in Electrical, HVAC, or a similar field is highly desirable.

**Work Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday
- 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
