Accounts & HR Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounting Duties**:
- Handle AP and AR.
- Handle daily accounting functions and ensure timely data entry.
- Monitor and manage daily accounting operations and data entries.
- Liaise with vendors and customers.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements: SST, income tax, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and E-Invoice.
- Support monthly and year-end closing and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, etc
- Support and coordinate with Singapore Office on Finance related matters
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
**HR Duties**:
- Handle statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
- Maintain and update HR files, records, and employee database.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Manage employee attendance and leave records.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian Employment Act and labor regulations.
- Support and coordinate with Singapore Office on HR related matters
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting and HR.
- Familiar with Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
