POSITION - ASSISTANT HR MANAGER

LOCATION - WEST PORT, PORT KLANG

SALARY - RM 6000
- Assist to Manage the full spectrum of HR functions which include recruitment & selection, compensation & benefit, payroll administration, employee relations, performance evaluation, industrial relations, disciplinary & all related HR matters
- Execute, maintain HR policies, HR plans and procedures, employee benefit and reward system, performance evaluation, training development and administrative functions.
- Handling overall Payroll administration (Monthly basis)
- Liaise with government authorities and statutory bodies on matters related to human resources
- Responsible for the general clerical duties such as filling documentation, preparation of correspondence letter.
- Responsible for ensuring accuracy in the maintenance of the HR management system
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

- Preferably Snr Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Payroll and overall HR department
- Experience payroll processing & knowledge using Quick Pay / Boss payroll will be an advantage
