Develop and implement effective collection strategies to maximize debt recovery while minimizing losses.
- Review and approve settlement offers, payments arrangements within established guidelines.
- Supervise, train and motivate collection team to achieve performance targets and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present reports on collection activities.
- Follow-up with borrowers if Collection Department have any issues.
- Initiate and monitor legal actions with legal department.
- Weekly review and conduct monthly meeting according to frequency.
- Monitor accounts receivable and initiate collection activities for overdue payments.
- Provide excellent customer services while managing inquiries and concerns related to credit and collections.

**Qualification**
- Degree / Diploma in Finance / Accounting / Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 -5 years related experience in Collection, Credit and / or Finance Functions.
- Very good verbal and written communication skills with ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information's.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM5,200.00 per month
